I attended the Craft & Hobby Association (CHA) winter conference in Anaheim, CA last weekend. When I attended the summer conference in Chicago last year, I shared some of my favorite finds: crafty couture contest, scrapbooking items, and ribbon/yarn/etc. Since I’ve got 14 things to share, I’ll keep this intro brief – check out the product names with links to the companies’ websites for them below each image.
FloraCraft Styrofoam Tools (Dude. Saws designed specifically for styrofoam. See me using one of these at the top of this post.)
The CHA has a new initiative to encourage people to make more time to be creative. Check out cre8time.org.
New Mod Podge Melts & Molds (want. want. want. Scrapbookers – these are useful for you too – these let you make your own charms at home.)
Not sure if this is new, but it’s new to me. Krylon Glitter Blast Glitter Spray
Adorable New Party with Amy Locurto Products
This is a product I discovered earlier this year & had a chance to meet the people behind the paint at CHA. Design Master has about a gillion spray paints that do everything from create textured stone finishes to neon paints, pictured above. I originally picked this stuff up at Michael’s when I saw that it’s styrofoam safe – basically it won’t melt the styrofoam when you use it, which – fun fact- happens when you use regular spray paint.
I wanted to say a big thank you to all of the exhibitors and blogger friends who took the time to chat with me and share their products. CHA is always a huge cluster, so everyone’s time is precious and appreciated! Thank you thank you again, folks!
