Picks of the Week for February 9, 2018 | Hands Occupied

images via sources below

The Olympics opening ceremony is today! For chronic Knitflixers and Olympics fiends, this is a time that only comes once every other year! An excellent excuse to stay up too late knitting entire sweaters, blankets, and accessories as you watch people’s lifelong dreams come to fruition. There’s nothing like it, and it pairs oh so well with our favorite hobbies. :)

there’s a whole wardrobe here!

arm knit seed stitch blanket -flax & twine
chunky woven scarf -a beautiful mess
crochet olympics team USA hat -whistle & ovy
light alpaca crochet poncho -mama in a stitch
knit eyelet baby blanket -leelee knits
amigurumi chinese new year dogs -all about ami

in case you missed it…

  • Get your hands on the Moss Stitch Cowl pattern – a two color crochet pattern that uses just 50g each of 2 different colors of wool. :)
  • Ever wondered how this blog got here? Read The Hands Occupied Story.
